Summer Key New Condos 

I am pleased to announce that Summer Key is finally opening for new condo sales THIS Friday, 2/25! Prices for 2/2 condos are expected to start in the $120’s and 3/2’s are excepted to go up to the $140’s. The first ones to move in will be available August or September. We expect them to sell VERY fast. Because you are on our interest list, you will receive an ADDITIONAL 2% cash back rebate / discount just for using Mike Linkenauger with LinkUp Realty as your agent to purchase. Here is what we are asking you to do to move forward. Please follow these instructions –

1.) Contact Bill Rowe, site sales agent with DR Horton on FRIDAY at 904-347-6974. He will NOT be taking appointments prior to that time. Please do NOT call Bill until Friday! We will send another reminder email Friday morning to you. 

2.) Schedule an appointment to meet with Bill Rowe, DR Horton sales agent and get more information about new condos in summer key and possibly purchase.

3.) When visiting with DR Horton, and writing a purchase agreement,
you MUST write in Mike Linkenauger with LinkUp Realty as your agent.

DR Horton will be allowing a certain number of investors to purchase units. DR Horton is expected to offer closing cost incentives to use DHI Mortgage (their preferred lender) and there will be FHA, VA and Conventional loan options. Again, in order to get an ADDITIONAL 2% incentive, please register using me as your agent and add this information to your purchase and sales agreement –
